New Patients: What to Expect

2. Bring the essentialsPhoto ID, insurance card, medication list, any prior imaging or records — and the shoes you wear most.
3. Tell your storyThe visit starts with listening: your symptoms, your history, your activity, and what you want to get back to.
4. A thorough examA hands-on evaluation of your feet and ankles, with in-office imaging when it's needed for the diagnosis.
5. Leave with a planA clear explanation of what's going on and a written treatment plan — including costs and next steps, with no surprises.
